Up In The Clouds

Location - Montserrat, Caribbean

Montserrat is a mountainous Caribbean island, part of the Lesser Antilles chain and a British Overseas Territory. Its Soufrière Hills volcano erupted in the 1990s, causing significant damage to the south of the island and leading to the creation of an exclusion zone. The north of the island is largely unaffected, and has black-sand beaches, coral reefs, cliffs and shoreline caves.

Shark the size of Jaws spotted off the coast of Australia

A seven meter shark has been sighted just near Marino Rocks South Australia

“It’s the biggest I’ve ever seen as a crew member in the Westpac chopper. We put it down as 7m the photo really doesn’t do it justice,” a  crew member wrote on the Facebook page of Shark Alerts SA.

It was told to be the same size as the shark that appears in the fictional movie Jaws.
Several water crafts searched the area but did not find the shark. They remained in the area for the rest of the afternoon on surveillance duty without incident.
